How we calculate your delivery costs
The delivery cost depends on three things: the location we deliver to, the time we deliver and the size of your order. Below you’ll find a clear overview.
Step 1
Your zone
We divide the area around Leuven into 5 zones, based on postcodes. The further from Leuven, the higher the delivery cost.
Step 2
Your time slot
Are we delivering during our regular round between 10:00 and 13:00? Then the lower standard rate applies. At other times we charge a little more.
Step 3
Your order amount
The higher your order amount, the lower the delivery cost. We always divide this into 4 categories; for orders from €250 you get the lowest rate.

Is your location outside the zones listed above? No problem, we deliver throughout Flanders. Your delivery cost will be determined individually in your quote.
Free delivery? Certainly!
In Zone 1 we deliver free from €100, and in Zone 2 from €250 — only during standard hours (10:00–13:00).
